Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Upon shipping, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

**Please be patient and remember I am a small business. It's just me here.** As such, orders will be shipped 1-2 times per week for items in stock. 

Delivery times will vary according to postcode and/or country.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS –

Heather Hildenbrand Store is not responsible for any additional
international customs fees.

SPECIAL EDITION BOOKS

Please note that due to the exclusive nature of our Special Edition books, there is an estimated shipping time frame of 2-4 months (unless otherwise stated on the sales page).

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order books will NOT ship until on or after the release date.

Orders that contain a pre-order item will ship only the items currently available and in stock. Pre-orders will ship separately when the product becomes available.

Proof of Delivery

All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout unless you contact us via email to provide an alternate address. Once the carrier confirms the package as delivered, our responsibility ends. We are not liable for lost or stolen items after delivery confirmation.

Customer Responsibility After Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package, or to arrange for secure delivery (e.g., having mail held, using package lockers, or delivery to a trusted neighbor). We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier marks them as delivered.

Recommended Steps if a Package is Missing Post-Delivery

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend checking with neighbors, building managers, or family members. If still not located, we advise filing a claim with the carrier and, if applicable, contacting local law enforcement. While we may assist by providing tracking details or documentation, we cannot replace or refund orders once delivery has been confirmed.
