I placed an order, now what?
You’ll receive an email confirming your purchase, and we will get to work packing up your order! Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
For Pre-Order items these will be shipped at the date specified on the specific product page.
What if the product I ordered was a Pre-order?
All pre-ordered books will be charged in full upon purchase, but will not be shipped until the release date. Please see relevant product page for expected release date.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The items are sent from Virginia, and delivery times will vary depending on the location the items are being sent to. Once an item has shipped from us, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and instructions on how to track the item.
Do Special Editions take longer to ship?
It depends on the special edition. Please check the product page for an updated timeline of when books will be shipping.
How do I get my Ebooks or Audiobooks?
When purchased, our trusted distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your Ebook or Audiobook.
The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your book or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo.

Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping to some countries. Please make sure you check your location at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can view our full Shipping Policy here.
My product is delayed! What do I do?
We understand that sometimes things don't work out right, and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact us HERE.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Maybe. If your order has already shipped and you've received tracking information, then no, it cannot be canceled. However, if it hasn't shipped yet, you're absolutely able to cancel. Just contact me HERE and I'll get you sorted out.
